Delete your KKATC Cards account

KKATC Cards is made by KKATC LLC. You can ask for your account and its data to be deleted here, without the app.

How to delete your account

1. On this page, enter the email address you sign in with, then the 6-digit code we email to it.
2. Download your records if you want a copy. The download is offered first; you can skip it.
3. Type DELETE to confirm. Your records are deleted at once, every device is signed out and every passkey is removed.

Or sign in on kkatc.com, open Settings and choose Delete account; the same steps follow.

If you can't sign in

Write to support@kkatc.com from the email address on the account and ask for the account to be deleted.

What is deleted and what is kept

From our privacy policy, section 6 (Data Retention):

• KKATC Cards user data (every cards:{email}:* record, including inventory, sales, expenses, submissions, trips, Docket drafts and corrections, points and passkeys): retained until you delete your account; a lapsed plan does not delete it
• Kept after you delete your KKATC Cards account, as the deletion page lists: your activity log (up to 5,000 entries, including earlier values of your records, under a key that contains your email address), with no end date set; daily backups (below); payment, dispute and card-fingerprint records (disputes 18 months, fingerprints 3 years); and, if you signed up through a referral link, the affiliate program's record of your email

Deleting your account cancels your plan now. The current period isn't refunded.
